Is the facility non-smoking?
The entire facility, including all common areas and guest rooms, is non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the designated outdoor smoking area.
Is there a parking lot?
Yes, there is a free parking lot next to the facility. No reservation is required. Please note that it is not covered.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes, free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.
Do you accommodate food allergies?
If you have any food allergies, please mention them in the remarks section when making your reservation. We will prepare alternative dishes, so feel free to let us know.
Can I store my luggage before check-in or after check-out?
Yes, we can store your luggage during front desk hours, from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please ask our front desk staff.
There is no elevator in our facility.
Our building has three floors, but as it is an older structure, there is no elevator. If you need any assistance moving around the facility, please feel free to ask our front desk staff.
Will I be charged a cancellation fee if the ferry is canceled on the day of my stay?
If you need to cancel your reservation due to ferry cancellations, approaching typhoons, or similar circumstances, we do not charge a cancellation fee, even at the last minute. However, please make sure to inform us by phone or email. If we do not receive any notice, our standard cancellation policy will apply.
